We want your holidays to be merry. If you're not completely happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
Damaged or defective items
Ceramic can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your item arrives broken, chipped or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - you won't need to return anything.
Changed your mind?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us first so we can give you the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
