Shipping Policy
Free US shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. Delivery takes about 7-12 business days after shipping.
Canada
Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $12.99. Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days after shipping.
International shipping
We ship to the rest of the world for a flat rate of $7.99. International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days after shipping. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 8 (US and Canada) or December 1 (international). Orders placed after these dates are shipped as fast as possible but may arrive after December 25.
Tracking
Track your package anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Wrong address or lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll help locate your package or send a replacement.
